Kozlovic Teran, from the Istria region of Croatia, is a fresh, medium-bodied red wine of real character. Matured in oak barrels for 8 months before bottling, it shows a combination of black fruits and bitter chocolate on the palate, reminiscent of the Refosco grape from Northern Italy. Fresh and intense aromas of raspberry, blueberry and strawberry are complemented by hints of pepper and herbaceous notes.
